	)

Computes the message from node i to node j.

Computes the value $\mu_{ij}(x_j) = Z_{ij}^{-1} \sum_{x_i}f_i(x_i)f_{ij}(x_i, x_j) \prod_{k \in \partial i - j}\mu_{ki}(x_i)$, where $Z_{ij}$ is the normalizing constant.
